I'm Jennifer, An Expert in Human Resources

In my 24+ year career as an HR professional, moving from Administrator to Executive roles, I have learned people and data together can make or break a business. I've collaborated with executive teams to facilitate transformation, future growth and success while instilling best practices around total rewards, talent management, and organizational efficiency. Additionally, I work closely with executive teams to ensure total rewards packages are both generous for employees and fiscally responsible for the business, aligning such with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

I lead with authenticity, instilling trust, decency and grace, and guiding others to expand their knowledge base to build a foundation for future growth potential and extraordinary work product. I’ve orchestrated a remote-first, geographically dispersed team since 2016 with a focus on culture and performance and ensuring my team feels supported, equipped, and appreciated.
